1. Fully Automatic Organic Waste Composting Machine
Complete Process:
Our Waste Management Division manufactures decentralised as well as centralised MSW composting plants from 30 kg per day to 2 tonnes per day capacity.
Our fully automatic converter machines are used to dispose of organic waste effectively, including food waste and similar biodegradable waste. The system reduces waste volume and converts the organic waste into high-quality compost.
- Segregate the organic waste.
- Feed it into the Fully Automatic Organic Waste Converter Machine.
- Remove the processed material from the machine after 24 hours.
- Keep it aside for pH neutralisation and aeration for 7 days.
- Use the finished compost at an appropriate ratio.

2. Semi-Automatic Composting Machine
Complete Process:
The entire composting process is natural and biological. Decomposition is supported by specialist microbes and micro-organisms that thrive in ambient conditions.
Segregated waste is fed into the SAVE EARTH OWC composter with organic solid waste, composting enhancer and sawdust or ready compost. The material is processed in the machine for approximately 15–30 minutes. The discharged pre-compost is then retained for around 10 days of curing, after which it can be used as nutrient-rich compost.
